Optima Kierland Center – Scottsdale, AZ
This large luxury residential project is still under construction with building 1 completed and building 2 to be completed at the end of 2017. Buildings 3 & 4 should be completed by 2020. The HVAC contractor awarded building 1 & 2 was RKS Plumbing & Mechanical OF Phoenix, Arizona. The mechanical contract on those 2 buildings was $4,000,000 +/- . The thousands of feet of JPL MHP25R6B flex duct installed thus far was supplied exclusively by Hercules Industries, Tempe, AZ.
