Amalia joined JPL’s customer service team in July 2016 and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor earlier this year. As many of you already know firsthand, Amalia is customer focused, organized and quick to respond to questions and requests. Megan recently joined JPL’s Customer Service department and has been a quick study in the JPL ways of superior service. Megan (like Amalia) is easy to work with, professional and customer driven.
